Terms and Conditions

Section 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between upgreight GmbH (hereinafter the "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter the "Customer").

Section 2 Subject matter of the contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of the LP Setup App for managing landing page content. The exact scope of services is defined in the respective service description.

Section 3 Rights of use

The Provider grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the provided software for the duration of the contract.

Section 4 Customer obligations

The Customer agrees to keep access data confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. The Customer is solely responsible for all content uploaded via the software.

Section 5 Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.

Section 6 Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In all other cases, the Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

Section 7 Changes to the terms

The Provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The amended terms will be communicated to the Customer in a timely manner.

Section 8 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
